At Willow Tree Therapy, I offer a range of therapeutic services designed to support your emotional and mental well-being. My individual counseling sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment for exploration and healing.
Sessions are currently offered at an introductory rate until August 2026:

80 minute session $150

Trauma-Informed Care
Healing Through Safety, Connection, and Awareness
I approach counselling through a trauma-informed lens, which means creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and in control of your own process. A central part of my work involves supporting awareness of the nervous system and how it responds to stress, overwhelm, and past experiences. You may notice times when you feel anxious or on edge, shut down or disconnected, or somewhere in between—these are natural nervous system responses, not personal failings.
Together, we gently explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you build awareness of your own internal states and what you need in those moments. Through this process, we work toward increasing your sense of stability, connection, and capacity to respond to life’s challenges in ways that feel more grounded and supportive.


Loss and Grief Counselling
Support through Loss, Grief, Change, and Transition
Grief and loss can arise in many forms—not only through the death of a loved one, but also through life transitions, changes in identity, relationship endings, health challenges, or the loss of a future you once imagined. I offer a supportive, compassionate space to gently explore your unique experience of loss, however it shows up for you.
In our work together, there is no “right” way to grieve. We move at your pace, allowing space for whatever emotions, memories, or reactions arise. I approach grief through a trauma-informed and nervous system lens, recognizing that loss can impact both emotional and physical experiences in profound ways. Together, we make space for what feels overwhelming, honour what has been lost, and support a gradual reconnection to steadiness, meaning, and integration over time.
Brainspotting
Finding the Place Inside Where Healing Can Begin.
Brainspotting is a gentle, focused therapy that helps access and process experiences held deep in the brain and body. It emerged from Dr. David Grand’s work with EMDR, when he noticed that certain eye positions seemed to connect clients more directly to where distress was held. Since then, Brainspotting has continued to grow and evolve as a powerful approach to healing. Brainspotting can connect with areas linked to emotional pain, stress, or trauma—often without needing to put everything into words. With my steady, attuned support, this process allows your system to naturally release what’s been held and move toward a greater sense of balance and ease. Sometimes we incorporate bilateral sound (such as music that alternates between ears) to further support calming the nervous system. Many people experience Brainspotting as a deeply grounding and effective way to support healing, growth, and lasting change. Brainspotting is a brain-body based treatment that works well with other models and interventions.
