Yes! I offer both virtual and telephone sessions for clients across several areas in Canada, depending on regulatory guidelines.

If you’re unsure whether we’re able to work together based on your location, please feel free to reach out

Do You Provide Crisis Care?

I do not provide crisis or emergency services. I will respond to emails and inquiries as soon as possible during business hours; however, I am not able to offer immediate support in urgent situations.

If you are experiencing an emergency or having thoughts of suicide, please call 9-1-1. You can also access immediate crisis support by calling or texting 9-8-8, available across Canada 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For free mental health support, information, and resources in British Columbia, you can call 310-6789 (no area code needed).

Your safety and well-being are important! Please reach out to these supports if you need immediate care.

What Can I Expect As We Begin?

The first session is a gentle starting point. We will spend time getting to know one another, exploring what has brought you to counselling, and discussing what you’re hoping for moving forward. I’ll also share a bit about how I work and answer any questions you may have. There is no pressure to share everything right away; this process moves at your pace, and we will go only as far as feels comfortable for you.

It’s completely normal to feel unsure about starting counselling. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out—sometimes a sense that something isn’t quite right, or a curiosity about wanting things to feel different, is enough. Counselling can offer a supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with care and without judgment. If you’re wondering whether it might be helpful, that question can be a meaningful place to begin.

How Do I Book A Session?

You can book an appointment by reaching out through my website or by email. From there, we can schedule a time that works for you. I also offer a complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation if you’d like to connect first, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
